Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Cyclops Nation account and the data tied to it at any time. Submit the email address you used to create the account and we’ll process the request within 30 days.

You do not need the app installed to do this.

What gets deleted

• Account credentials, profile, username and avatar
• Owned minions, levels, currency balances and skill-tree progress
• Friends, crew memberships and presence
• Direct messages you sent
• Push notification tokens

What may be kept

Some records are retained after deletion where we’re required to keep them or need them to prevent fraud — for example purchase records, which tax and consumer-protection rules oblige us to hold.

Anything retained beyond the life of your account is anonymized, so it is no longer linked to you. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; purchases and progress cannot be restored afterwards.
